Julia's top 3 on-the-go breakfasts at LSE

Posted 2 weeks ago

For under £5!

One vegan, one protein-packed and one sweet...you can find a range of tasty and nutritious breakfasts across LSE cafés.

It can be easy to skip breakfast (one of the most important meals of the day) because of lectures and deadlines, but Julia shows you just how easy it is to grab something quick, and delicious, to eat on the go:

Protein Packed: Egg and salmon croissant sandwich 🍳

📍LSE Garrick

Heated up for you, this is a filling and warming meal to help meet your protein goals by the end of the day. Think croissant-style buttery bread, fluffy eggs, silky salmon, cream cheese, dill and lemon.

Vegan: Fruity chia seed pot 🫐

📍Shaw Café

Looking for something refreshing and healthy? Opt for one of our many yogurt pots, with a range of flavours available. Julia went for our chia seed pot with pomegranate, beetroot, walnuts, pistachios, blueberries and coconut yoghurt.

You can find these yoghurt pots across our outlets in the grab-and-go fridge.

Sweet: Nutella Greek yoghurt pot 🍫

Everyone has a sweet tooth, and we won't judge if you want something rich for breakfast. Like the Nutella greek yoghurt pot – a mix of Greek yoghurt, granola and chocolate for a delicious balanced meal.

This isn't just a great option for breakfast, it tastes great with a cuppa any time of the day and is a lovely treat for yourself after a revision session.

Don't forget that you can also grab the early bird breakfast deal for £1.80 before 9:30am 🥐☕️
